Manager 2015/16 season confirmed

We’re pleased to finally share that having spoken about the season as a whole and our plans for the future, that we have asked Matt Whitehouse to stay on for another season, his second full one and third successive overall.Shif v Whall 2791410

This season has arguably been the Club’s most successful in recent years – our longest run in the FA Vase in well over a decade and obviously getting to the final of the BCFA Midweek Floodlit Cup.

We have a concise, stable and committed team, many of whom have expressed a wish to return next season. Matt has been a pivotal factor in the Club’s current cohesion and his leadership skills are needed for the challenges and developments ahead that are planned (More of this in coming weeks!), and he has done an excellent job working with the Board planning for what lies ahead.

It’s great to have stability, leadership and we would like to congratulate Matt and wish him success for the remainder of this season, next Tuesday and for Season 2015/16.

More news in due course.
